Your view is important to us. Northumberland IFCA is inviting you to have your say on how, in your view, periwinkle gathering could or should be managed in the NIFCA District. We are also interested in learning what you know about the extent and distribution of periwinkle gathering in the district.
NIFCA has a duty to manage the exploitation of sea fisheries resources under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 (MaCAA). This includes the harvesting methods and species detailed below.
