The Northumberland Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority is funded by 2 constituent authorities: Northumberland County Council (NCC) and North Tyneside Municipal Borough Council (NTMBC) with 6 members and 1 member on the Authority respectively. In addition there are 11 Marine Management Organisation (MMO) appointed members and 1 representative from each of the government agencies Environment Agency (EA), Natural England (NE) and MMO (staff member).
